It's films like this that I wish stall horn and black out were optional.

Yeah, I'd really like that the Film Viewer played everything you see in the game, just like in other sims.

Murdr, thanks, nice fight! And it should be used as an antiHO promo! :)

I usually have a blast in dog fights no matter if I win or lose.  However, these dog fights I enjoy are not furballs.  1v1 or 1v2 always get my blood rushing.  But MA furballs to me are just shoot down as many as you can before you have 7 Spit16's on you in a congo line of death.  I try and stay out of furballs as the chances of other people budding in to steal your kill or more than 2 enemies enjoy gang raping you.  In these cases you can only last so long, especially when I don't fly La La's, P51s, or spit queens (and by this I mean running away with speed).

Mrbucket! Hi! I remember a good fight against you, me in my Ki84 and you in 109F! Looking forward to meet you again in the sky! :)

Big furballs are fun, IMHO, the fun lies not in getting back but in seeing how long you can survive and how many you can take "to hell" with you.... and it's the best way to improve your SA, your gunnery, your decision making and tempo. I love them.

Go to cliboard options/game sounds and look for 'Stall buzzer' and 'Stall horn' and set both the volumes to 0

as for the blackouts, you need some more G training :)

You misunderstand. I want them as an option in the film viewer.
In other words I'd like to see and hear how much murdr was riding the edge.

I have 2 that really come to mind.

1. 38J vs. Spit16 at 20k plus. One of my first victories. We went at it for about 5 minutes before I got him.

2. Yak9t vs SkatSr (or maybe it was BagRatSr) in a 51d

My best fight was a 16 on 1 me being the one in a P40B I had about 1k alt advantage dove in tried to zoom up and ended up in a whirl of yoyo's scissor's everything you could name. I probably did it. Fight ended up on the deck having shot down 3 of them. I managed to get 2 more to auger and the fight ended in a turn fight with a Hurri 2c which reversed but I kept my turn going to get away from the others gnawing at my behind and the hurri 2c rammed me.:furious

So if he rammed you (as you claim) he took damage and you didn't.

wouldn't he take damage as well if his front end saw the collision too.  Sounded like he was trying to evade the others and saw the collision to late, not that his f/e showed him being clear of the hurri

He didn't say that. He said he was rammed. So he should take no damage.
If it happened like you state.  Then it was mutual and he shares some of the responsibility for the collision.

I was in my 47N and Allison was in a Spit 16.  It was a classic example of energy conservation and snap shots.  She got me in the end but we danced for 5 minutes before she put a cannon shot through my cowling and my right aleron.  I got her several times, but not enough for her to break or auger.  Memorable
