My map idea

been playing with the terrain editor and this is what i come up with so far,there's no height to the terrain yet its just basic placemnt of fields to see what i can come up with.

Any comments guys?

I like it.

Only lil problem I see are the Airfields are a lil spread out on the fronts.

Some are too close together... There's several where 1 airfield is pretty much inside the outer dar ring for the one next to it...

At this point I'll take anything. Tired of the same crappy maps ecspecially tank town which seems to hang around forever.

Rogerdee I know when we spoke a few days ago you said that because of your Squad comitments you couldn't change countries, how about you ask the Squad if you could take a few weeks alone and switch around. Fly with new people maybe this will bring back your interest and take away the negative stuff.
I started flying alone and going to whichever country had the low numbers when I logged in, now I'm flying almost as soon  as I get home in the evening every day. For a few months I very rarely even played because it was getting to be the same thing every night, now I have the bug again to play and enjoy it.

ltarkilz if you go to the terrain bb and search for denholms tuturoial you can make a map very easy.
All the help is there  if u need it

It looks good to me. I'm not all about TT but my suggestion be maybe two islands that could be TT for the gv dweebs; Other then that, I think it would be a good map :aok

On that map, Green has an AAA Factory right next to an Orange Small Airfield. All the other countries have their strats neatly packed in. Maybe switch that field's country to Green?

EDIT: Also, the GV game isn't very strong in that map yet. I'd think about placing more spawn points to enemy fields. Some maps have spawnpoints everywhere, some have too few. If you're looking for a balanced map, try making the "mainlands" have spawns going at least in a ring to allow GV fights when the going gets desperate for a side.

yep ozz i just noticed that but as i said its still in progress but thanks for all the construtive coments.

still got spawn points to make and adjust the field distances ect as well as giving it some height  but its only my first attempt
