The BBC is a communist website and should be ignored.

LOL, you guys are hilarious.  Scientists can't even decide what killed off the dinosaurs even though there's overwhelming evidence to support either side.  Now all of a sudden, a 'study' proves it can't be just the sun causing 'climate change', it HAS to be man.

It's not about denying the changing climate guys, it's admitting that Earth's climate is in CONSTANT CHANGE (there's even an arguement that is in fact  what may have killed the dinosaurs and NOT an impact event).

The mere fact that scientists can argue both sides of an issue and not come to a unanymous agreement dictates my skepticism on this 'climate change study'.

Compare it to this; you may deny the existance of God, as I do, there's very little hard facts to support His existance, but then again that would mean over 3 billion people are wrong.

Diablo, (I know this would be like Kryptonite, but...) have you watched An Inconvenient Truth? This just doesn't follow the historical patterns of natural global warming.

This is not unlike the UFO debate. Do you think there is life on other planets or are we the only life in the universe? It's kind of arrogant to think we are when you look at the data, but there's no proof otherwise.

To answer your question, no I haven't watched but that's based mostly on the fact that I have no interest on something that is basically a one-sided representation of an argument.  Have you read Michael Crichton's 'State Of Fear'?  It represents the other side of the argument.  I read it without realising what it was about.  Although I found it one of the least rewarding of the novels he wrote, I did like how he pointed out the hypocrisy of the left when they say one thing and do another.  After I read the book threw it away.

As for the dinosaurs, no, scientists are in disagreement on whether it was a climate change that slowly killed out the dinosaurs or an impact event.

My point is that you can build a case for either side in a hotly debated topic as climate change OR dinosaur extinction.  One side will lambast the other and claim it was influenced by politics or money.

What is more hilarious is watching a bunch of people, most of whom are completely knowledgeless about a topic, take extreme stances on it...particularly GW denialists (because I haven't seen an extreme stance on these boards supporting GW theory).

It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)

What is more hilarious are the 'conservatives' that waved the flag before GW and now deny being a 'conservative' and are flying the 'libertarian' flag.
