I haven't flown very much at all recently but when I have I have generally taken up a flight of bombers.

For some reason the gunners, who used to do so, no longer all fire at a con even if they have los on it.  Only the gunner position I am in fires.

What has changed?

you have to set up a "fire all" button. There are now 3, fire primary, fire secondary, and fire all.

^^^ He is correct.

If you do not like fire all mapped to your primary trigger in fighters,  consider using a different mode for bombers.
