Ive been experiencing higher latency, and quite a bit of warping lately, but getting few discos. I'm pretty sure that there's nothing i can personally do to improve it except speak with my ISP, but i decided to post here just to make sure.
I let my Ping Plotter run for 10 minutes on ICMP, and less on UDP (i considered it not anymore benefit to keep it running). I took screenshots, and exported the text both. ill post the screenshot for ease of viewing.

Now, are my suspicions correct that all i can do is contact my ISP, and see whats going on?
