Hi Guys,

Ok admittedly as a responsible adult I accept that this could have caused an accident, but the foolish gremlin side of me thinks its one of the better messing with your mind pranks I've seen...

One of those cars should have got out his invisible gun and fired an invisible bullet. :D

Used to do that ALOT around age 10 to 12.

Works better in the early evening or at night near streetlamps.

And when a guy on a bike sees this and dumps to avoid getting clothslined, expect jail time.

And if a car driver over-reacts, jerks the wheel or locks up the brakes and runs you over, expect no sympathy plus a bill for cleaning your blood off of his bumper.

Dumb trick.
Everyone I know, goes away, in the end.

Except notice how there is a curve right before where the stunt takes place? Not too much speed built up there.  We did the same thing. And of course no motor cycles, ever... geeze c'mon man.

Now all kids who see this arent going to be smart and do it in a potentially harm-reduced way, granted. Those other kids will be out experimenting with drugs, stealing cars, drinking and driving, breaking into houses, and joining street gangs. No need to worry about THOSe kids playing pranks on you.

What concerns me most, and did even then, were the drivers who DIDNT notice you, and DIDNT slow down or be cautious. Think you have more to fear from the cell-phone zombies and oblivious drivers than you do those punks.

I put this at about the "mid-western church youth group attendee" level of deviance.
