As a HUGE fan of Mad magazine as a kid.... I've always wondered whatever became of their famous iconic spokesman, Alfred E. Neuman. Did he grow up along with the rest of us, or has time spared him the changes and wear and tear it has inflicted on the rest of us?

Did he ever amount to anything...? What career path did he chose...? Did he have any influence over our world today....?

c'mon rox you have been here long enough to know that the thread will become

political, gun related, america bashed or euro bashed. there are other possible conclusions but they elude me atm.

I was a stand-up comic for enough years to know that if you based your act on politics, you were gonna go by the wayside fast (except for that piano playin' guy on PBS).

Funny is funny is funny.

I'd much rather make you and your kid LAUGH, than sit down and talk gun control, crime, politics, nuclear war, and Iraq.
