Another question i couldn't find the answer to in search

i want to make a task force  of basicaly 2 cv groups but joined togeather to operate as a single unite but to work like a normal cv. eg when the main cv is sunk the task group respawns.
ive now made the task group but when using the object checker it keeps telling me that there are 2 officers clubs.
Do i need to rename the second cv? or change its id or does it matter if there are 2 officer clubs?

Ive figured out how to attach the cv to the port by using the search button and reading a lot but i can't find a answer to this question.

As always guys your help and experience is much appreacated

So far as I know you can't have 2 operational carriers in one CV group.

It won't be allowed for your MA terrain.
We haven't been given the keys to ship building so you also have two hangers, two towers and messed up manned gun positions. You can force it to work in H2H or even in the SEA but not on the htc MA servers.
Easy in-game again.

I could be wrong, but I do believe that somewhere along the line those groups were replaced with standard CV groups.

Keep in mind the reason for the MA only using "standard" objects and groups....

When a major update takes place all of the custom objects/groups would have to be rebuilt into a terrain manually. And re-tested to be sure they don't crash the game or server. By using only standard objects and groups there is much less work and much less risk involved in keeping the main arenas running.

I believe the reason for being able to have multiple CVs in a TG before was that the O'Club for the whole fleet back then was in another location; IIRC, it shared with the Port it belonged to. Now the CVs are standalone objects with all the stuff built in.

But, I really don't know. Just speculation. :D

It can be done without causing massive bugs, yet as Easycor said, it won't be accepted into the MA. I made a terrain about 1 1/2 years ago that was supposed to be CV Wars. The main task groups (bishop's and knight's) consisted of about 5 TG's put together to operate as one. It worked just fine, and still does.
