I have a strange taste for coffee.  Heres how I like it:
I like brewed coffee that is 9 or 10 hours old.  I reheat it in the microwave.  I'm not sure how, but this reduces the acidity in it.  I then dump lots of powdered creamer and brown sugar into it.  I top off my mug with about 1/4th a cup of Vitamin D whole milk.  So its really a high calorie, high fat breakfast, not just a cup of coffee.  It jump starts my day and I'm not hungry for 3 or 4 hours.  
Later in the evening I dont mind going with freshly brewed (and highly acidic) coffee.  Sometimes at work I just drink it straight.  I call that 'wake-up juice'.
