HTC Office Hours?

I am in Jacksonville, Fl  ( Est time )

what time does office close usually? 8pm est isn't it? ( or is that 7pm EDT? )

couldn't get an answer which is odd.......(unless it is actually 7pm EDT because of DLST )

You can usually get someone on the phone between 9am-5pm Central US time, Monday-Friday.

yep usually is so, I thinking the no answer was because of EDT time,  instead of it being EST time..wasn't thinking of the time thing until after I cstarted posting..will call em in the AM.....
