Good read i thought it was a bit rushed in places and still plenty of ?'s left
from the other 6 books it's keeping the wife off the computer now

Actually, it's neither. Voldemort's wand killed him. Voldemort had the Elder Wand, but he never earned it. So, when it really counted, the wand backfired on him.
