Actually, it's Doyle Bramhall II.  Doyle Bramhall is a singer/songwriter/drummer.

I saw him with the BB King blues festival here in Houston back in 2001.  Fantastic player.

Doyle may have fallen off the wagon at that point (again).  Clapton did use Doyle as well for 'Riding With The King' although I don't think Doyle's songwriting is he forte.

Oh yah, George Kooymans from Golden Earring...frikkin AWESOMe stuff they did....only a couple songs ever get played in US
