Small problem

I have played offline for a while and I want to start online play. After making the account I tried to play, It said my free 2 weeks was used up. I am slightly confused seeing I just made it. Any help?

If you EVER logged on to the online game, your 2 weeks started then. If you never logged into the online game you may have a chance. Call HTC and talk to them about it. If they find your computer didn't connect, they may give you the 2 weeks back.
