How to disable ordnance without manually destroying the ammunition bunkers each time

Well, the title is explanitory.  How do I permanently remove ordnance?  I tried removing the ammunition bunkers, and that made it worse; then I couldn't even disable it manually.

I think you're asking in the wrong forum. Anyways, no. There is no way I know of to "disable" ordinance at any / all airfields unless you take out the ammunition bunkers.
