First-generation Sidewinder Precision Pro with dome throttle and gameport plug, CH (non-PRO) analog gameport pedals plugged into my second gameport, but hotwired because they don't work with MS Prec Pros anyways, had to rig them to work without a piggy-back stick.

Might be working on something more elaborate soon, but that's what I've got for now.

I've got a MS Sidewinder 3D Pro, gameport... 11 years old and still works fine.
