Ok, guys, rather than make a lot of little threads I just put all of my questions here. Hope I can get some help.
1) I believe in the TA you can enable a little thing that tells you exactly where to lead the opponent to hit them. Is this available off line also?
2) What makes the different countries different? Basically why would I choose one over the other besides that people I know fly a certain country?
3) When I rearm does that "refill" my WEP?
4) How many cannon hits does it take to take a wing off?
5) How recent is Soda's and Gonzo's websites? Accurate enough to use for present day?
6) Does the collision model work like whoever hits the other first due to lag or whatever gets damage and the other flies on without injuries? Just wondering.
Ok, that's it for now, thanks a lot.

1) Prefrences = Arena Settings = FlightModelFlags = Lead Computer Gunsite
2) All three countries are basically the same.
3) When you rearm, turn off your engine. Cooling the engine temp=wep refill
4) Depends on the cannon. One 30mm will shred a wing.
5) Yes
6) In a 1 on 1 fight there are really 4 planes. Two on your computer, and two on your opponents computer.
What you see and what they see are slightlyl differnet due to internet lag.
IF you see a collision on your computer, you get damage.
If you don't see a collision, you won't.
On your computer the two planes collied, but on your opponents it's a near miss.
You would take damage, they would not. (or vs. versa)
If you ram into a plane and take damage and they fly off undamaged, it is because they saw a near miss. (it happens the other way around too. an nme can fly near you, and suddenly be missing parts)
Who get's hit 1st due to lag does not have a single thing to do with the collision model.
Bottom line is if you hit them, you take damage.
If you don't, you won't.
