Stupid question, but........Whats the best way to grill ribs?  I think i've heard people say don't put the bbq sauce on until its on the grill for a better tatse?  What temp should be the ribs cooked at, and slow or fast?

if anyone can answer in the next 10 minutes that would be awesome, because i'm starting my grill in 10 minutes and 30 seconds.

Prior planning prevents piss poor performance...

Your ribs are gonna suck!  Better not cook them, send them my way and I will prevent complete rib suckage.  Express overnight postage preferred.

Don't grill them they will be chewy.

Smoke them for about 4 to 5 hours at 210 degrees F.

You can pick up an el cheapo brinkman for like 40 bucks, do a search here for El cheapo brinkman for some ideas on how to smoke stuff. Guys like Toad are awsome at it.

"Grilling Weapons"

LMFAO.  On a side note.  If I ever open a store selling grilling products, I will definately label them as "grilling weapons".

Best way is to slow cook them in a clay Schlemmer Topf baking container for a few hours then apply the sauce and grill for 5-10 minutes.
