Voice Help please

I been trying to get the voice to work,and I think Im missing some thing some where?Yes it works in windows Vista(playbacks in WMP).I printed out AH Radio instructions and realize key "T" is to talk,but maybe my confusion is the channel I am suppose to tune in..Any help is greatly appreciated

F12 is the "push-to-talk" button for range. range channel is anyone within icon range of you, or in the same room (hanger, tower, o'club) "T" is for a tuned channel. you can type a channel number into the radio 5 box and talk with anyone on that channel.

Worse comes to worse, click the link in my sig.

We need to have mic boost enabled, but Vista doesn't have a "Mic Boost" option. The link enables it.
