if HTC would realiize this i think they man do it  use the rv8 for reconasence like with marker rockets for them to fire the puff a red smoke for 30 minites for bombers to get ther mark the targetts go wait for bombers and BOOM!!!

It was a part of an "evil con mission", nothing more. That is why it's only enabled offline.

It is NOT an aircraft of the second World War. It has no place in the arena except for what HTC used it for, as a convention gag.

If light observation planes are necessary, put in something from that era, like a stinson or a Aeronca.

HiTech owns an RV8.  It was in the game (but not enabled) for a long, long time as he used it to test the flight model against the real thing.  That is its purpose.

Alright, one more time.

HTC personally owns an RV-8 in real life. As part of a contest at the con, HTC took the winner of a ladder tournament that was at the con, and took them up for a hop in the RV. That night, during the traditional "evil con mission", he enabled the RV-8 armed with 20mm gatling guns so that the con attendees' could pwn the rest of us in the MA.

During previous con missions, there were sheep with .50 cal MG's, and also flying PT boats.

So please, drop the RV thing.:mad:
