Waffle Soundpack
« on: August 18, 2007, 03:19:27 PM »
Is anyone hosting the Waffle Soundpack anywhere, by chance?

I lost everything due to a virus...the game just isn't the same w/out it.

Thank you!

link works but the download time is 1.5 hours.  The sever is giving it at 35 kb a second.

Any other links that will serve the file faster?

I'm hosting version 3.2 of the Waffle sound pack HERE.  Let me know if you're having any problems with the download.

Cheers.

I got Mitsu 1.06, 1.07, 2.01, 2.02, 2.7 3.??, fruda;s (a couple versions IIRC) and at least 1 or 2 waffle sound packs if anyone wants to host them. I personally mix and munge them together.

It's probably over a gig of stuff, so you'd need alot of room

I can host 'em for you, JB.  But, does anyone really need that many versions?  lol

We'd do well enough to pick your favorite from each guy's pack and offer it for download.  PM me whenever you want so we can talk about how to transfer the files.  :)

your mailbox is full.. here's what I was going to send:

If you want to it's fine, I just want to make sure they stay together...

a while back I believe Waffle and Fruda were concerned their sounds were being used and passed off in "compilation" sound packs without proper credit.

They are on my other PC right now, but I can check tomorrow what exactly I have. most are .rar or .zip packs, to save size, but of course I have the extracted folders also.

Like I said in the post there are some great sounds mixed among them, and it is fun to piece them together on your own.

I got a cable connection with a pretty fast upload, so it shouldn't be a problem getting them to you. Just let me know the details then you can host them as you wish.

USRanger has a sweet soundpack. I've got a combo of his, Waffle's and Mitsu's.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.
