Does JG11 allow walk on players on Friday night?  Unfortunately my squad does not participate in Friday night squad ops (something happened while I was away).  On top of that not many in my squad like to fly German iron.  I fly mostly Ta/Fw.  I would love to tag along on Friday night squad night some time and learn some German teamwork.

Not too sure Big B. Either Major Thebugg or Kommandore Stampf should be able to answer your question sir.  :salute

Big B,

No, for FSO we require some prior notice for requests, due to the fact that Friday Squadron Operations is a pre planned, Special Event with Campaign Manager direction and we are locked into a prior numbers commitment and are always very close to said numbers come game night.  Obviously we are not always even flying the German planes in FSO, which is dependant on the theatre of operation of course.

Try catching us on our  MA Squad Night in the Training Arena on Wednesday nights around 8:90 - 9:00 PM est.  We warm up a bit there and than migrate as a squad to the main.  You are welcome to wing up and join the flight.  Other than that you can find some of us in Late war any night on the Knight side of the map.  As far as FSO goes, hit me with some advance notice in the beginning of the week, and I can usually get an answer back by mid week, after getting a feel for our expected turnout.

Good Hunting.

Thank you anyway Stampf.  Flying in a all German wing for once sounds fun.  I will try and find you some time in MA (if your fighting Rooks).

JG/11 undoubtedly the best LW dedicated squadron in game.

take a good look if you wish to fly LW.

The only dedicated Luftwaffe squadron in the game, to my knowledge.

No other LW squad seem to have the balls, skill, dedication and tenacity of JG11 in sticking to Luftwaffe aircraft only.

Not only the only dedicated Luftwaffe squad, but the only dedicated one period. I don't know of any other squads that fly just German, just American, just British planes, etc...
