They were B24s. The pilot decided to bail when he saw us (5 Me262s) coming at him in formation.

Flew in the test frame of Red Storm/Krupp Steel with JG-11 today. It was a total blast full of immersion, teamwork, discipline, esprit de corps, and just plain fun. If you're a Luftwaffe pilot you're missing out if you haven't checked in with JG-11. Seriously these guys have a great thing going.

Wow.  Thank you Shifty.  I have been very fortunate as a kommander.  I could not ask for better friends and squadron mates.  And you are also very welcome.  The boys enjoyed having you in the flight.  Anytime at all.
