a few more questions about perk points..
« on: August 21, 2007, 04:57:12 PM »
Ive been getting pretty inconsistent perk point rewards, and would like to understand why...

1: are perk point values altered/modified due to enemy presence.. I.E. If I fly a milk run to a base with nothing going on and kill the fighter hangers..  will I get the same amount of points if I killed the exact same structures but did so at a base with fighter cover..

2: are points rewarded also effected by the amount of players on each country/the status of the war?..  I know the cost of rides is.

3:  important one...  if I take off with 3 234s and the 2 drones vanish/disintegrate due to a turn or.. when landing.. will I lose the points I paid for those planes?

Hi Snubby,

Have you seen the help file for Aces High? It's the best, first place to look for answers to questions like these. Here are some links:

1: Yes, you get the same amount of points

3: Yes, you lose your perk points if they suddenly vanish for whatever reason, same deal if you get disco'd.

yes. if your side is outnumbered you get more perkpoints per kill than if the situation is reversed.

This is the key to your whole question.

Perks are effected by the population of the country you are flying for ... in the same vein as ENY.

Fly for the most populated country and you won't get the same amount of perks if you had been flying for the least populated country.

Most populated = less perks than least populated flying the same plane.

2. Yes. The perk point modifier you can see in hangar also changes the amount of perks won. Fly for the outnumbered side to collect huge amounts of perks.

This means don't fly Bish horde and start killing them instead!

Nits pay well on the perk front.
