The installation could fail if;

1)  You ever did a restore point in Windows.  Only resolution is to do a full installation of the game.
2)  If the game is not located where it was intially installed on the computer hard drive.  Either move it back to the initially installed location, or install the full version of the game.  Before installing, be sure to run the de-installer in the Windows Add/Remove Programs ICON.

There could be other reasons.  But those are the most prominen.

ok skuzzy doing that now.when i was downleading 2.11 i would get all the way throught the patch,thw wizer instal would come up it would get to 90% then it would sayInitialzation failed with -9 MainWLD_failed-1.

Reading all the bugs so far, I think you've got something there!

Question is, will any of 'em be fixed by tonight, or would it be tomorrow or later (in which case, my waiting to get home was for nothing!)

The B-25 is awsome... Great skin and interior...seems a bit nose heavy but I suppose that is part of the model. Oh and one of the two B-25 models (the C) wont load... for me... causes a seg-v.

Just made a bomb run in it.

EDIT: that was in offline (1024x768). I juggled between Video resolutions then went online and the C loaded. Krusty, I don't have a place to host my screen shot images... sorry.

Thanks tigress, but by now I've flown it myself (and love it!)
P.S. Check the help forums. They say delete your skins.res file and try again. Should fix the offline crashing with the C.
