Definitely one-sided there. While I'm not going to speak as to what other companies do/don't do, and action that the military should/would take/not take as a result, I will say:
I work for a company that supplies contractors overseas. From the very bottom rung all the way up to the top rung the #1 priority of all the employees is to make sure that those soldiers get taken care of properly in every way possible.
What was shown is certainly NOT the rule, but is the exception.
