I'm not being negative. I'm just going to make a couple of suggestions for future reference.
1. If you are going to ask a question about being banned, in the future, don't start out by saying it's your 3rd time (Unless you want to get RIPPED)
2. If you are going to tell people you have a problem with your email, don't tell them it's because you forgot you password. (Unless you want to get RIPPED)
3. If speaking about the number of times you've been banned, don't say, it's only 3, as if that's not that many. (Unless you want to get RIPPED)
4. If after you have admitted to being banned 3 times, don't make it worse by saying it was on more than one name. (Unless you want to get RIPPED)
5. If you violate all 4 of the above, and then get RIPPED, don't make it worse by acting as if it's undeserved. (Unless you want to get RIPPED, some more)
Again, I'm not ripping you, just telling you why you should expect to be.
