When in GV with HE turret doesnt move, but head position does.  AP works like normal.

I can confirm that assessment.  It appears to be happening only in the Panzer.  I didn't try the Tiger but I had no problem with the M4's sighting.

A better update... It's only after selecting a secondary weapon (backspace).

If you take all HE, it only happens when you backspace for smoke.

If you take a mix of AP & HE it happens when you backspace for HE or smoke.

no they attempted to fix it. i know this because its doing something completly diffrent, and when its a problem like this HTC has always jumpped right on it due to the fact that it affects game play. Salute

There are host bugs and client bugs.  Host bugs we can fix and implement by taking down the arena and installing a new host.  Client bugs can only be fixed by the release of a new version or patch.  The vast majority of bugs are client bugs.  This is a client bug so what Waffle meant is that he's found and fixed the problem and you'll see said fix with the next patch release.
