Good at what though fighter, bomber, GVer, smack talker.

All i want to do is have fun with squaddys, try and learn the different aspects of the game and have an outlet to relieve the days stress and not add to it.

If you are achieving what you want to do in this game, then you are doing good in my book.

So to answer your question i am doing great as i have a blast with the squad, continue to learn all aspects of the game and it does reduce stress for me.
