Not a terrible thing as long as American trucks are given equal access.

This is just what we need. Two different classes of truckers with different rules for drug testing, equipment safety and rest time.

Yeah, once again, the all mighty dollar trumps long established safety rules there to protect the driving public from doped up, sleep deprived truckers running vehicles with bad brakes and tires and belching exessive amounts of sulfer.
