If you have the time, here's what I'd suggest for a USA tour:

San Diego -> Las Vegas -> Yellowstone National Park -> Grand Canyon

I'd add New York onto that list, but you can drive between these other places and would need to fly to NY.
Everyone I know, goes away, in the end.

I'd go with Eagl's suggestion. Will probably do that trip myself soon. You excluded Asia? Too expensive, too far away?.

I went to Vietnam and Cambodia for my honeymoon, no not during the war but two years ago. Absolutely fantastic. The great thing about Vietnam is that it's absolutely cheap so you get five star treatment for 2 star money. It was like being a VIP for three weeks. You do get used to having doors held open for you  The people are friendly and the country is amazing.

Failing that, why not the South of France? I would suggest Antibes, base yourself there, hire a car and explore all the famous resorts, Cannes, Nice, St Tropez.  You can get relatively cheap accomodation in apartment hotels like Pierre et Vacance and similar. Just don't go in August when the French take their hols. I thought San Tropez was overrated, (now there's a sentence I never thought I would use:huh ) The beaches are what makes it special.

I say have your honeymoon at a strip club or the Playboy Mansion, leave your wife at home though.

I'm the worst pilot ingame ya know!!!

It's all unrealistic crap requested by people who want pie in the sky actions performed without an understanding of how things work and who can't grasp reality.
