Vista Performance Rating

How well does Vista's Performance Rating indicate how well a PC will be at running AH?
I know Vista sucks and no serious gamers use it, but does it's performance rating translate to frame rates in AH?  I'm sure that this question is all relative since players will likely be running the game at different screen resolutions, bitmap sizes, colors and ???

Of course. If it rates your gaming graphics at 3 it's going to run like crap compared to a setup rated at 5.9. I don't think anyone's gone so far as to research the increase in FPS per each .1 increase in performance rating though. I also don't think too many serious users put a lot of stock in the value of Vista's performance rating thing anyway.
