No I don't think so. The shadow of the hand grip / trigger matches and I don't believe those two skids are attached to the gun at the rear.

Tsk tsk.. that gun is semi-automatic 20mm Lahti L-39. Also fully automatic AA versions were produced. Some goodies come from Finland :)
