Can't create account

I've been trying to create an account, but everytime I go through the process it ends with a message saying "could not connect to host". I turned off all the firewalls on my computer and it still doesn't work.

If you can get toour WEB site, but cannot create an account using th game, then something is blocking the game's ability to connect to the server.

If you are using Norton Security, you cannot disable it.  Once it starts blocking the game, it will never allow the game through unless you manually allow the game through.  Nothing we can do about this.
