as I said in my post earlier, I just moved into my college dorm and I'm not sure if AH will work here. that is why I would like to try it again. So I sent HTC an email about it and they should be able to come up with somethign for me.

Network has all kinds of weird security stuff though. I had to downlad some security program checker device thingy just to get a signal.

I talked to the school IT guys but I gave up on them when I had to explain what a "firewall" is.

Your tech at your school not knowing a simple thing like what a firewall is means your wasting money at a sub-par school. My suggestion is to pack your bags and go home.

It's an enviromental school and hes just some guy from town volunteering to monitor the systems basically. I found out from HTC in an email that the reason I can't open a new account is that the ports AH2 uses are blocked by the network, so even if I had an account I would not be able to log on.
