Looks good Croduh, nicely beaten up.
The camouflage looks a little off to me, the green splotches on the wings appear to be smaller than the ones on the fuselage and there are gaps on both the fusealge and wings where none appear. On most photos of Macchis I've looked at the paint looks paler, more washed out. Maybe add a brightness adjustment layer to give it that "left out in the desert all day" look.
I think the tail control surfaces could do with some 3D shading, like you've done on the ailerons.
