Changes are coming to the AvA
« on: September 09, 2007, 10:14:02 PM »
The AvA staff are working on several sweeping changes in how setups are done, and how gameplay is conducted.

In the coming weeks, we'll be making the arena very squadron friendly where historical match-ups will be run for several weeks, often with strategic objectives that could move the war in a different direction for the next phase.

Details will follow in the coming weeks! :)

I love to GV and do Jabo missions vs GVs, get used to it.  Being good at one helps in the other.

if some of these guys really show up regularly the arena will be permanently tanked. a fetid microcosm of the MA cesspools.

this will be here as a record for me to say I told you so.

I can't wait to see the changes and how they work out.  I also appreciate the fact that the AvA staff has listened to some recent threads and taken some feedback seriously and are willing to try some new things.

Thanks :aok

Could you explain what's meant under the "strategic objectives"?
If that means base captures then it's definitely bad idea.

It is OK old man.  You and I can log in at 2 am when no one is there, and move the fronts.  Not to mention the effects this will have on our score.  We could be #1.  Well, I will be.  You will be #2 :D
