We need drop tanks for it.

It was capable of carrying two 80 Liter drop tanks, it was also capable of carrying six rockets though the rockets weren't used much.  The LA is great for knocking AA down at a base and the rockets would give it a little extra.

The drop tanks would keep it in a fight longer so people would have less to complain about when it has to run away for lack of fuel.

One of my secret delights is to simply drag a LA-7 deeper and deeper into friendly territory in my Tempest. Just flying fast enought he can't catch up. Then I tune to CH200 so I won't miss any of his hysterical whines about my "weakness" after he runs out of fuel :D

I just never liked the La's. I'm sorry for posting that one post in here, not sure what came over me. You can stick anything you want on your lala's.

I'm still gonna shoot them down :D

Some people hate LAs,  I hate Typhoons and Temps, they never ever hang around to fight, they swoop in and haul butt out.  I love it when I can shoot one down but you gotta do it quick or they will run.

That's great but if you get me it won't be in a HO, our planes aren't going to touch, and if I am runnin it is cause I am out of gas or shot up.

I have no idea why people actually try to HO a typh, temp, jug, hurri, or la. all these planes have big guns. That's why when I see a ho comin, I dive under em. I have to say though, you are one of the few La pilots who can't be lumped in with the HOin, runnin la's. I'd love to take you on in the MA if I ever see you on.

Ok, add rockets and DTs... but then remove the 3rd 20mm cannon that saw maybe 2 weeks of service in the war.

Alright finally someone who understands that a HO is optionally maneuvered away from, it seems like every body things that you are unavoidably locked in.  I know you prefer the Spit 16, are you Rook or Bish.  I fly the Knights.

Works for me, only 328 were made by the end.  Just add the tanks and rockets.  The third gun cuts down on fire time anyway.  And the third held 130 not 150.
