Making a plane is easy! Start with some plywood to build the frame, cover it with canvas and add an engine. POOF! you have a plane. O and don't forget control surfaces, they help a little.

the softwear the HTC use for making a plane is way out of our league,plus its not just making  a model its getting all the other bits too work too.

you can make a 3d static model and even have it on a map ,but getting it to fly is only  a job for HTC

Again an easy solution. Throw it like a paper airplane, then it will fly.
