Range VOX volume control

I'd really like to be able to control the range VOX volume while in flight. Keep everything else the same just be able to tune range out once in awhile.

yeah, sometimes range chatter gets way too much.
The AArch AAngelz is its own country, we owe loyalty only unto ourselves and those we fly with at the moment.---AAolds AArch AAngelz XO.

I love to GV and do Jabo missions vs GVs, get used to it.  Being good at one helps in the other.

Nail that one. Perfect example. This is a great idea. if it can be made so, maybe a slider in options. HTC if you read this, please consider idea, it would be wonderful thing. Especially for missions.
Forgot who said this while trying to take a base, but the quote goes like this. "I cant help you with ack, Im not in attack mode" This is with only 2 ack up in the town while troops were there, waiting. The rest of the town was down.

Have you folks ever thought of squelching?  I squelch whiners, *****ers, and yakkers on a regular basis.  The blathering, whining & complaining does get annoying.  Rather than turning it down, how about a simple on/off switch?  If the only important thing is squaddie talk, this would be an option.  Of course you might miss that one important chunk of info that a non-squad pilot is relaying to you.

Consider a FSO or other event. Your there early, for a half hour your stuck in the same tower as 60 or so other guys. You'd really like to be able to hear what your squad mates are talking about. However the yahoos in the next squad are whooping & yelling like a bunch of drunks.

In half an hour you MAY need to hear the warnings that one of these guys may give.  So you really don't want to squelch them. Plus there is 22 of them, thats a  lot of .squelch gameid to go through.

Just give us a single simple slider in voice options to control range output.

That way we can turn it down when in the tower. And back up again when we are ready to hear them again. Yes we are control freaks, we admit it freely.

But its OUR eardrums and sanity we are looking to control.

YES!
not only would i like to be able to tune it out, i'd like to be able to turn it up sometimes, every now and again i'd love to be able to turn it up during fights or bombing raids.
Sometimes, we just need to remember what the rules of life really are: You only
need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the
WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

This is needed in big furballs and in TT...When you are trying to help them by doing squad ops and you screw up because you misheard what your CO said...as Latrobe's example stated.
