Cigars

Anyone have advice on a good "beginner cigar" as it were?  I abhor the habit but my friend smokes cigarettes so I'd like to get him something a little more high class.  I've seen other say Montecristo's but I'm not sure which type.  Nothing to to turn him green but fairly nice.

Cigars are subjective.  You can't get someone something they will enjoy based on anyones opinion.

If you want to do it right, and it's a good friend, take that person to a smoke shop and say "On Me" then have the clerk run him through the stock, and see what tastes good.

You'd be surprised how dramatically "taste" changes from person to person.  There's one way to do it Right.

I just started a few months ago.
I like several.
Right now my personal favorite are the Bolivars
And Partagas Black label

Best advise is to try different ones.

What I do is when I buy I buy like 3-4 at a time.
One or two that I know I like and another two or 3 I've never tried before
