Maybe, but SC doesn't have helmet law.  I can't imagine that many bikers voluntarily wearing helmets.

Look at the helmets. There not the beenies one sees on hard core bikers, you know the Hells Angel types.

SC does have a helmet law for those under 21.

Anyways can't be in North America. Look at the size of the tags. Has to be in Europe.
