Kill Stealing Tools.
« on: September 17, 2007, 01:39:00 AM »
There was a rumor floating around on 200 that there was a "Kill Stealing Tool" at A40 tonite.

No one could tell me what a Kill Stealing Tool looked like or what it cost.  Bucky73 suggested you could get a kill stealing tool at Home Depot, but wasn't sure which section.

We discussed Kill Stealing Tool's for some time but couldn't ever nail down a price or where you could actually purchase such an item.

I could really use one.

I know that the BK's used Kill Stealing Tools back in their prime, but I hadn't heard about them since until tonite.

Any suggestions?  Are there higher quality Kill Stealing Tools?  Is it worth it to get a cheaper version?  How long have they been around?  Do they come with a warranty?  What kind of colors do they come in?

I checked E-Bay but no luck.  Same with Amazon.com.

This is such a silly game :)

Only tool I use is a P-47 and aiming at the cockpit.

Works pretty well - very few assists.

Hispano's  :)

Takes 4 of them to make it work the best, with lots of ammo.

Shoot over the top of your killee hitting the target, stealing the kill.
Careful, don't miss or its back to the tower.

Anti-Kill stealing tools are not available at Home Depot, Lowe's, or Wal-Mart.  They are available on Aces High only...  you select a plane, a gun package, then you engage your enemy until he is destoyed thus eleminating the opportunity for your teammate to engage his kill stealing tool.

Actually, we made our own Kill Stealing Tools. We tried various storebought items, but nothing surpassed the quality and function of our own custom tools.

If your fabrication skills are lacking, just use the biggest hammer you can find, and finish them off next time. Woo Wooo.

I think I saw one on one of those paid advertisements last night.  It was battery powered, and made of a revolutionary material that never dulls, bends, or breaks.  I didn't buy it because it because I didn't figure I would be able to call within 15 minutes and I didn't think that it would also dice, slice, chop, and bedazzle as well as some other products.  That said, the unique comfort grip handle made with space age polymers looked really nice.  Add to that the free for life perma-squelch and automatic dweeb alert....well you have some nice features.  The price was orginally 59.99, but only $5 if I had called within that 15 minutes.  Either way though, seeings how it's value is $250,000, how could you go wrong?  Really should bought it in hind sight.

Hub's right, Guppy, don't bother with those off the shelves products. The best way is to find your own way.

Personally, I prefer a subtle approach to kill stealing. So I just wing with her:

When you see your prey about to be finished off by your county mates, just tell her to fly amongst them, asking with her sultry voice for help, on range channel. We do all know that AH has a testosterone excess problem, so expect that, in about half second, all the green planes will forget about the target and you'll be able to get all the time you want to finish the red guy.

Easy, isn't it? :D

In the past, I had a kill stealing tool.  It was called the SLEDGE-O-MATIC.  I got it from my friend, Gallagher. (anyone remember him?)  It sorta looked like a giant wooden hammer.  It can be used to pummel the controllers of other kill stealers.

I do advise one to inquire of JAXXO, the best controller smashing techniques as he has performed controller smashing activities more recently than I have.  His, should be the latest technology.
