The good thing is that they cut down the tree that caused this whole mess in the first place.  I mean if it wasnt there providing all that shade with all of its branches and leaves and stuff then we never would have gotten to this point at all.

We are only 40 years removed from the civil rights movement. To think that racism is doesn't exist is ridiculous. Hopefully, justice will prevail and these kids get a fair trial.

To think that the black race hasn't brought this "Racism" on themselves is just foolish.

Yea, hanging a noose on a tree is the exact same thing as getting 5 of your friends together to beat someone up.

If I recall correctly, the kids who hung the nooses got punished by the school, and all but one of the kids who assaulted someone are not being punished.  And there are thousands of people saying that none of the 6 who actually comitted an assault should be punished, for no reason other than because they're black.

So being a racist jerk is worse than assaulting someone out of racial hatred?  Maybe it's time to start beating up on people of other races, since apparently thousands of blacks are saying "hey that's cool with us".

Or maybe not.
Everyone I know, goes away, in the end.

The irony of that comment is that Obama was advised to hold that position be Jesse Jackson Jr.  So, in affect, Jackson called his own son too white....

I still haven't seen anything that shows the beating was race-driven, instead of a simple violent response to an insult.

Doesn't matter.....charges and punishment should be the same.
Political correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.
