Skin Viewer Forcing Cache Rebuild

Running the skin viewer is forcing the plane cache to regenerate again.

Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

the skin viewer is stilll several patches behind the game so this is going to happen every time.

easiest thing i found is if you are lucky enough to have 2 pcs or a laptop run the game on one and the skinning on the other.
