magic, i have 2 gig of ram and a 512 mb vid card, BUT i had the same res on 1gb ram and a 128mb vid card, although the game wasn't quite as purty.

i use the ATI control panel stuff which does some really nice things.

i think i run 6X anti-aliasing, 16X advanced anisotropic filtering, high quality mipmapping etc.

BUT, the thing that gives you the high resolution is the high res graphics pack that you download seperate from the game. DL it and install, then change max tex size to 1024 in the video setting at the main menu, the game looks so much nicer.

That is some AWSOME work you have done. If AHII looked like those pix it would be badArse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ONE!!1!!!

i thought doing one of a hellcat landing on a CV through the fog would be cool, but my photoshop skills just aren't up to par, and the hellcat model is too old and ugly really to be the main subject of a shot.

you may have to wait a while

i was thinking of doing something with a ki84 getting shot down though. i was thinking of having a corsair shooting at him, but i suppose i could make it a hellkitty

i'll take a look. the model may be a bit too blocky to use ina shot though. i could try to 'remodel' it in the shot and smooth the edges but it's a lot of effort, and i'm not the best photoshopper around

it's a sexy plane, but the 3d model is just ancient, there must only be several hundred polygons in the thing, it really needs an update, it almost looks like an obese allan key with wings.

it's an awesome plane and i love it, but atm, it's just so ugly lol

they're GORGEOUS skins fester, i love them, that louIV skin is easily my fave skin in the game by a long way, you're a true artist.
