Talon,

You also don't want anything like the statement in your post to show up in court either. A lawyer will use it to show that you intended from the start to kill someone and that it was not a case of self defense since you were looking for a fight to begin with for the oportunity.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."

Hmmm, in Texas a shotgun can't hold more than 3 shells. Wonder if it would be illegal to chamber 5 shells or even have the ability to do so.
Here we put salt on Margaritas, not sidewalks.

I thought that was only when hunting. I didn't think it applied to personal weapons used in home defence. As far as the ability to, most pumps and semiauto shotguns use a removable plug.

I don't know. Reread the thread and saw the mention of barrel length which is more of an issue I think. Guess if they are still selling them in a year or two it's probably not illegal to use one.

Even old dogs can learn new things. My Dad told me not to remove the plug when I was a kid and I always assumed it was an absolute law.
