And while Your trying to figure out how to either flame me or reply :D  here's some lesson's in Chiese that should only take 5mins to learn :rofl :aok

I would like to see the eventual addition of the B version and the G-2 version (modelled on the superior D-5 version as opposed to the less than steller D-3 version the G-1 is based on).

I would also like to see the angle markers on the left side of the canopy glass that the pilots used to use to gauge the angle of their dives.

Oh...and this thread needs to be moved to the Aircraft forums.

I'm curious- what are the key differences in the models? I know I'd like to have the model with the cannons, but I don't know much of anything about the 87s.

Shut yo mouf grits. Anything which results in more stukas flying around is good. They're one of few planes a Hurri seems able to catch.

here's a good source for your information on the different stuka variants. It's a very good read and i recommend it to any stuka lover's or anyone in particular that wants to know more about the different type of stuka's that were deployed:

The B model is an earlier variant, saw action during the Phony War, Battle of France and Battle of Britain.  it is also the one that most think of when they talk about the Stuka.

The G-1 is the one with the 37mm Flak 18 cannon that is built around the D-3 variant air frame.

The D-3 is considered to be the crappiest of the lot due to the increased weight (due to added armor) the wing loading became unacceptable and was replaced by the D-5 version.

The G-2 is the same as the G-1 with the sole exception that is was based on the D-5 rather than the D-3.

The D-5 had the extended pointy wingtips that improved handling over the D-3 model, and had the wing mounted machine guns replaced with 20mm cannons.  The dive flaps were also removed on this model.

New stuka would be great. A very dangerous plane, that I wish was more utilized in this game. Its a plane that takes a lot of patience and luck (luck referring to not getting jumped before target is reached). Most times I fly stukas when we decide to do a '"fun" squad mission.

Gotta love a good stuka mission........unless it gets bounced on the way there......lol.......they turn like a very heavy truck when loaded with the 1800..........good fun to drop into a cv group, dump the love then try to get out alive...(I very rarely make it out alive..lol.......)......
