Here is the newest court decision regarding portions of the Patriot act. Now before anyone gets any  idea about blaming this to a specific individual, keep in mind it had to pass both sides of Congress to become law.

The third step in checks and balances has reviewed it and rendered a verdict. I this case I think they were spot on both with the express verbiage and intent of the Constitution.

Man, 2 extra large for having your fingerprint misread? Being persecuted by the patriot act is like winning the lottery.
