I'm the worst pilot ingame ya know!!!

It's all unrealistic crap requested by people who want pie in the sky actions performed without an understanding of how things work and who can't grasp reality.

What? *Splat* :lol

Boy today was fun, got shot over 70 times (no headshots :D ). Probly three funiest things that happened was 1) My friend popped up from behind his cover and fell right back down and had a big splatter mark of his mask. 2) was at a map wil lots of little hills, we were getting ambushed, I ran back for cover but a few guys were in my way, yelled "Watch out!", tripped over one of the hills and fell flat on my face, goggles flying off, gun flying through the air :lol . 3) I knew I was going to get out on one of the battles because we were surrounded, so I jumped out of my cover, shooting like a mad man screaming "LEROY JENKINS!!!" :rofl

I plan to go to EMR or Battle of Berlin next month. :)

Obie, aren't red tips on airsoft guns mandatory in the U.S?  I see what your saying and this is exactly the reason you have to be 18 in Canada to own the guns.  All the people I play with treat the guns as if they were real (since most you can't tell unless you look down the barrel or get with-in 5 ft), we all keep our guns in locked gun cases and we NEVER use them in public.  It's true that you can get clear plastic airsoft guns but you will be laughed off the field if you show up with one. We are all about realism.

Rabbidrabbit, I believe Obie took all the right precautions, don't forget the weapon the kid had was probably illegal in the U.S due to lack of a red tip and looked almost 100% real.  If I walked down the street as that kid had done I would expect to be shot by a cop and to be honest I would be a little disturbed if no one had called the police.

But don't worry rabbit your lack of respect for police officers didn't show through at all

Yes, these guns are sold with the orange tip.  The kid took it off to make it look more "real".  In the U.S. you can't buy them unless you are 18.  No permit is required.  I don't blame the kid in this case.  It was the parent's responsibility to educate their son about proper firearms safety.  He did get the gun back after he took a course.  (free from the department)

As far as rabbit's comment, I'm used to dealing with ignorant people. There's no way a kid could get a hold of a real gun and shoot somebody.

Cool! Glad  to hear about your awesome season!

Gordon's team was 4-0 going into yesterdays game against their nemisis who was also 4-0. We came out on top in OT, 12-6! We're undefeated!  He's a starting Left guard on offensive and starting LB on Defense.

We'll face this team in the championship game no doubt. no love lost between our team and Valley Wolfpack. Reminds me of the rivalry between Oakland and KC!

I own 80 acres of land and I have a perfect area for paintballing (all natural).

I invited a few friends up Sunday afternoon and we got a good 4 v 4 going :)

In the center of the "park" I have a tree fort type deal...if you get to it (without dying, of course) you pretty much rule the park...but the hard part is getting up the 12 foot ladder and not getting shot  )

The only unfortunate thing is that the bb's don't hurt as much as paintballs.  I'm not sure about the States but in Canada you have to be 18 to own the guns and play, however, some places will let under-agers  play at 16 if the parent is also playing.

Not trying to insult paintball, its a great sport. I'm just an airsoft nut :D

Whatcha got?
Ive got an upgraded TM AK47 and a TM M1911A1 GBB. I just ordered an Element receiver for my AK, 400 dollars from now It'll be an AKM.

1) Airsoft is paintball without testicles. Yes, I've played & owned both. Neither are realistic. Airsoft players are fairies. The only thing "real" is how the gun looks... and that's it.
2) Don't go to Skirmish. Go to EMR. you will not regret it
3) A lot of fields don't carry co2 anymore. Air tank prices have fallen. Buy one.
4) Guns should look like race-cars.
5) If somebody plays paintball and loves to "snipe". Ignore them. They're idiots.
6) If your goggles come off, go into the fetal position and cover your face. Eyeballs are not easy to repair. Vision is a good thing.
7) Your barrel is completely irrelevant if your paint does not fit the ID. Buy a Python barrel adapter kit or splurge and get a Smart Parts Freak system. You will never regret it.
8) "Automatic" is a load of crap. Most insurance regulations limit you to 9-12bps for any type of select-fire mode. Current semi-auto guns can easily exceed 20bps. Stay in semi, setup your gun correctly to ride the trigger bounce, and practice practice practice.
9) Bunker any little kid you see and shoot them in the neck.
10) Bunker any old person you see and shoot them in the neck.

anybody else need some paintball/bb shooting wisdom?

There were a dozen different ways you could have handled the matter but chose one of the most dramatic and high risk ones causing undue and unnecessary trouble for all.  I'm not saying you are a bad guy or a thug like m36.  I'm saying you could have handled the matter more rationally to the good of all including yourself.
