Salute to the Unknown BISH Nickie!

Here's the story...I am flying east to A18 in a 190A-5  toting a 500kg bomb with BISH written all over it.  I fly completely over the base at 10-11k, then reverse west and dive dropping my bomb on the airfield.  After the drop I get a check six from a friendly, I look back and a NIK is back there.  So I start scissoring, barrel rolling, rolling scissors, random vector changes & cannot shake this pilot.  I flew nearly halfway back to my base in the west , dragging this NIK to friendlies three times (most times two or more friendly planes), which this slippery fellow dodges and stays on me.  By this time I have some minor damage, and I am sweating profusely.  Is this pilot unstoppable?  Anyway, of all things I finally drag him into a friendly B-25's sights and they down him.  What an awesome bomb-run, fight, chase etc!  Salute to the unknown BISH NIK pilot flying west from A-18 chasing a 190A-5 around 1:45 to 2:00 EST LW (I believe blue) arena.  You know who you are, I just want to applaud a great time!:aok

Uh yeah, Running... Thanks for making me look good here guys.  I suppose I could have filled in every detail, yes I tried multiple reverses, I tried to nail this fellow when he was concerned with the friendlies. I ask you this, would you TnB with a Nik in A-5?  My gut feel & limited experience tells me no.

with your limited experience and short time here, you more than likely are going to receive a few ribbings , don't get discouraged.....I am sure as you spend more time in the game and learning, you will find your events/storys will do nothing but become even more rememberable and satisfying.......only the ones who give up and quite early are the ones losing out on all the fun.......

I consider myself ribbed at this point.  That aside, the NIK pilot was doing a great job of not allowing me to reverse on him.  A salute was in order no matter the circumstances.  Tequila, thank you!  I was about to start up a dialog with Skyrock that would take me back to high school about 20 years ago.  Skyrock, I sincerely would appreciate your thoughts on shaking a NIK while in an A-5.  Storch, I may just take you up on that, will be in touch.  See you up there.

Well that is a given, can you please fill in some of the vagaries?  Throttle?  Rudder?  Scissors?  Rolling Scissors?  Barrell rolls? Etc.?  Your input is valued.

This game is supposed to be fun and that is what I believe Waystin2 had, and so he came here to tell about the tale.  Then, out of nowhere INSULTrock has to start the insult fest.  This is supposed to be a game for fun and you can't post anything in these forums without being flamed, unless of course you're one of the select few non-life having guys who has been here for five plus years and has a KTD ratio of at least 8 to 1.  Anyway,  I enjoyed reading Waystin's post,  better than most of the whining that goes on in these forums. <> Waystin2

He got the help he needed, Swoop.  I simply stated that running to friendlies while draggin a niki, then turning back to cherry him while he's engaged with said friendlies is lame.  It is lame.  He didn't like me stating that, and he's apparently old enough to take care of himself, so step off!  TC came to the rescue with much needed advice and links, so all is good!:aok
